ODYS had a strong core and a real edge, but it was pointed in too many directions at once. A music-tech startup out to make the event side of the industry fairer and more transparent, with an events and ticketing platform at its center, built for the people organizing events so they can move on confident strategy instead of guessing at their own success. What it was missing was direction, a social presence, and a way to actually reach the people it was built for. Before I arrived it had barely any presence at all, around 150 followers.

What I did
Came in to organize and redirect. Rebuilt the social side from close to nothing: a real Instagram approach to test the brand and find the content that lands, and a consistent LinkedIn presence where there had been none. Opened my own network of collectives and professionals to help ODYS reach the right people and build its profile. Gave product feedback and a fresh outside perspective, including proposing new tool concepts to widen what ODYS could offer. Redesigned the logo, and designed aspects of the platform UI that guided the person building it across the website and app.

The strategy
Find the voice before scaling it. Test content on Instagram to learn what ODYS should sound like and what its audience actually responds to. Hold a steady LinkedIn presence for credibility. Use a real network instead of cold outreach to bring in the people who would genuinely use the product. Organize first, then grow.

The result
- 13,039Monthly views
- 32×Growth in 30 days
- 405Views at start
- ~150Followers at start
ODYS came in with around 150 followers and next to no presence. In 30 days the page went from 405 monthly views to just over 13,000, a 32x jump, built on a defined voice and content style made to carry into the market. Behind it, a network of people lining up to test the beta, some partnering on the work itself. A startup that was pointed in ten directions, now moving in one.

How the skills came together
Strategy, brand, design, and network as one push, not four separate services. Social and content strategy found the voice. The logo and UI design input gave it a face. Product feedback sharpened the direction. The network turned reach into real testers. One operator organizing a disorganized startup into something with direction.
